Theming Web Apps

How do I apply themes to web apps?
For example, I have Glasklart. Where would I put the icon for the Urban Dictionary web app?

sbsettings>more>app folders

then find the app...and it will give you the location to find via ssh/ifile.

and put the icon png in there.

Are you talking about webclips? Because if you are I've been able to change my webclips' icons and got them to stick.
