What frustrates me the most is that iOS 18 was so beautiful and minimalist, polished and refined. They had the opportunity to improve it and build on something that already worked. But no, they had to tear everything down.

That's one way to put it, though I might say that iOS 18 was so minimalist, flat and lifeless.

I'm not asking you to like iOS 26, just to realise that the majority haven't even noticed the difference, or cared about it if they have, and plenty of us like it.

I like Liquid Glass but it has a LOT of visual bugs. They need to clean it up but I don't see that happening until iOS 27 to be honest. I feel like they're basically done polishing iOS/macOS 26.
