I understand. But you still have to look at it from apples perspective.
I'm not so sure, they managed to cram Personal Hotspot, Notifications and Location Services in there. I would think a bluetooth On/Off should fit too.

Am I crazy or is there no way to turn off 3G and use Edge only on the 4S now? If I am crazy, where is it in the settings?

It's definitely not there on my 4s (on 3 UK) and I think I have heard others on O2 say it is missing too.

It would hinder the UI & therefore the user experience of enjoying the screen with the nice clean simplistic look. I don't really mind going into the settings to turn off BT. It's not like it's that buried in the software.

I can appreciate this concept, but to have separate apps that control these features would change nothing re the "Clean Simplistic Look" Unless we are going to start limiting the amount of apps people are allowed to have. Another way around this which is a method used on many mac programs, is to have a "Simple" or "Advanced"

These features will be a highlight of iOS 7
LOL - Absolutely and Apple will make it seem as though they invented this great new way of doing things ;):apple:

It'd be really ideal if Apple introduced profiles, having a profile app would enable you to build profiles and either automatically or manually set the phone up exactly how you want it:-

As well as manual settings they could be a combination of location/time/calendar based. For examples whioch I'd use all the time:

I'm at home, it's after 11pm - I want to set it for automagic no sounds or vibrate except for phone calls from my family
I'm in a meeting - I want to set for automagic vibrate only
I'm in the office - I want to set it for automagic Bluetooth off

When I had a WinMo phone (prior to the 3GS) there was a nifty app that did this (and optionally blocked groups of callers) and I really miss that on the otherwise better in every way iOS. In fact - I'm cutting and pasting this to the Apple feedback.

I hear what your saying. This is one thing all my Nokia phones did very easily and the thing I miss most. Please give us profiles.
