I cannot install any new applications as I need to approve them in Security and Privacy but I cannot unlock them. It accepts my account but throws error.

Are you getting the same error? I also get it for user accounts.


Command used to disable using bash (iTerm2)... not sure what zsh commands are.
sudo spctl --master-enable
sudo spctl --master-disable
spctl --status
