Pricing is perfect for me as I see the "trade offs" as non existent.

I am not a pro user so therefore, the Air is perfect for me.

Ever since the 14+ came out, I have always loved a non Pro phone and now that AOD is available on the Air, that's all that matters to me.

Don't really care for the fancy camera tricks, fast transfer speeds, top tier performance, bigger battery, etc as I never use / need any of those features.

It's just a phone for comms - not a social media tool.

Sounds like its the right phone for you and you're in agreement with my comment about the Air and the Pro being aimed at totally different types of users.

For me, the trade-off's are too significant for me to ever consider the Air, which is fine. Each to their own and all that jazz.

You listed all the features that cost money and are missing but willing to pay $1000 anyway.
It maybe the perfect phone for you but I don’t get the logic behind your “perfect pricing” claim.

People aren’t talking enough about the vapor chamber. Give it two months and the iPhone Air’s components will start slowing down. The iPhone 17 Pro’s vapor chamber is the real game-changer—it keeps the phone running fast, all the time and indefinitely.

All the iPhone Air buyers will be regretting their decision.

My Air has not slowed down the entire time I have had mine and I got my Air on launch day and I’m still using my Air while my 1TB Deep Blue 17 Pro has remained inside my iPhone cabinet. I don’t regret getting my Air. It is an amazing iPhone for what it is. 👌🏽

My air is all good too. I have a secondary 12 pro I keep and haven’t used lidar in many months. Ultra wide has been utilized. Will be upgrading the 12 pro to an 18 pro though. It’s a unique phone but service support dies this year as it becomes vintage.
