They look awesome but I can't imagine them being comfortable.

I can't wear shoes without socks.

I was thinking of getting some. I saw a show on TV detailing their benefit as they support our natural foot motion. We were born with bare feet after all. You will have to let us know how you like them.

I will. I saw them and just went- oh hell yes, I need those! :)

They might work well when boating/tubing, but other than that they are the ugliest things I've ever seen

Looks like something the Dark Knight might wear. *cue Batman music -- ba da ba da da*

I've never cared for individual toe slots in footwear but hey if they're comfy for you, awesome.

i've seen people in the city with those.
they look very weird but they are supposed to be great for running.
i was told they were originally developed for rock climbing.

my main concern is how well they fit most people. aren't feet shapes very different?

Hmm, maybe for roads but I couldn't use them up here. I prefer fell running and the strength of shoes really comes in handy up there.
I so would if I was a city boy though.

Hah, I saw these a while ago and I've been trying to convince one of my suite mates who is really in to free running and gymnastics to get some.

I hear your calves will be one fire for the first week and a half  I don't think I'd pay for some, but I would definitely like to try some for a week or so.

I was looking into these on Amazon as well. I want the grey/yellow version. A little pricey, but they look comfortable.

I'd like to have had them when I went to the local water park. Look way cooler than the clunky sandals I was wearing.

They look creepy and they don't look like they provide much protection if something falls on them.

they are awesome
I have two pairs
the KSO and the Sprints
getting them pro fitted is a def must for the first time you buy.

learning how to walk in them takes a while if you not walk around barefoot often. and yes you will get interesting cramps in interesting places for first couple weeks

the toes are quite well protected , better than most running shoes actually.
grip is good
I do not recommend them for sidewalk wear, these guys like dirt, sand and grass :)

I can't imagine kicking a ball with those on...

is pretty good when used to kicking things barefoot.

they are not really meant for sport playing anymore that you would use a pair of sandals or hiking boot,
but if you try them on a forest trail , you will see how much fun they are
climbing on boulders and on tree trunks is so much more fun.

Quick question: How do you get them pro fitted? Don't you just buy them in you size online?

they are based on the actual length of your feet, not a 'size',
which sounds easy enough, but many people mis-measure,
also there is some variation between the different models on how they fit.
also some men fit better the womens models and some women fit the mens better. I have one of each. I would not have known about the better fit in the mens until the really good sales guy pointed it out. (this is at store that specializes in outdoor shoes)
for example the Classic and Moc styles just do not work on my feet but the Sprint and KSO fit like glove.

looks like a severed toe or four waiting to happen.

Kinda ugly if you ask me...

safer than flip flops or most sandals.
though I have snagged little toe on branches in trees...

they are not the prettiest, but once you get used to them, their ugliness is forgiven for their comfort.
