Does anyone own either one of these and if yes do the stands have rubber under where the laptop sits so it doesn’t scratch the MacBook Air?

I don't know man, but these prices are completely nuts. You can find the exact same products on Amazon for a third of the price. Don't be a sucker.

I don't know the answer, but you can buy sheets of rubber dome stickers in whatever size from eBay for a couple of £/$. Stick them to the stand, to your cupboards, everywhere!

For example:

I have had the 12 south for years and its a great stand. Yes it is expensive but its well made and looks good on the desk.

I've been using the 12 South stand for some time now - probably 2-3 years... Well worth the cost IMO.

There are rubber strips on the top where the MBP sits... so your laptop is protected.
