I sent my old Watch 4 in the supplied pre-post box for the trade-in against my new Watch 7 three weeks ago but they now say they've not received it. I've searched everywhere on Apple to find out what to do to contact them about it but have come up against a brick wall. I should add that I live in France, not the US! So if there's anyone else out there with the same problem or knows what I should do to follow it up, I'd be very grateful.

It takes a while FWIW. Took like a month for my wife’s iPhone trade in to finalize. I’m going on three weeks now with my trade in Apple Watch and they just received it. I’m in the US.

No shipping here. From France to Belgium. I should have gone to the Post Office and asked for a verification.

The worrying thing is that the last mail from Apple (2 days ago) was that they've cancelled my trade in as it's past the 14 day limit. I just hope that it does finally arrive.

?! For Apple Trade-in they should be using a courier instead of regular post office?

Nothing mentioned in the paperwork. The return box came in the post and was already stamped and prepaid. All I had to do was put the watch in, seal it and send it. I have a horrid feeling you're right though :-((

i shipped mine same day i received the box, and got a receipt with tracking number. i think it took 2 days to get where it needed to go. was processed in 2 days and updated that i would receive a credit.. i’m now waiting 3 days .. but the website said up to 5 .. so 2 more days then i’ll be concerned.

Call Apple Support. I sent mine in and they received it then said it wasn’t wiped and gave me directions, which I followed again. They then ask me to accept a new trade in amount which was $.00 since it wasn’t wiped. My options all ended in they would send my watch back. At that time I called Apple Support and said they would restart the process that would send my watch back to me. Long story short and I’m leaving out a lot of very frustrating details, when I got it back, I took it to the nearest Apple Store which is an hour away and they said they couldn’t understand the issue because the watch was perfectly prepared for trade-in and did it in about 5 minutes. I know this isn’t an issue of transport, but I’ll never send my trade in again.

It took almost two weeks before I got an email to say that it was all done and I've now got the 85€ in my bank account.
