Thieves Target Apple Store Customers

Who in their right mind would leave an expensive mac in the car unattended. I would be inclined to drive straight home, just to make sure.

i do all the time with my mb. cover it up though

I think you people missed the point of the article. These morons didn't buy a computer and get jacked. They bought a computer and left the darn thing in their car while they went and did other stuff. Don't stop buying in store, buy in store and don't leave it in your car unattended.

This makes way to much sense.......... You mean don't leave it on the front seat in plain sight!

I wonder why they stayed away from the Santa Monica/Century City/Beverly Center/The Grove stores (Those stores would have been in the area of the map just above Manhattan Beach.).

They also didn't hit store here in Pasadena, which is less than 10 minutes away from the one in Glendale.
