Thin Blue Line On Screen?

Hey guys, this thin blue line is appearing on every page, every browser, everything I do it's there in the bottom center of my screen...yet I can take a screenshot of it, which I've attached. What could this be? I have a 17" MacBook Pro, 2009. It's not distracting or anything, is it going to get worse? Thanks!
