just a few things that made me look twice,

first things first, i bought my ipod when it first came out, he bought his a few weeks previous, and i was just playing around with it, and i notised that there where a few differences between the two;

1) that the keyboard made a different sound, not a big thing but meh, the background to the keyboard was also slightly different

2) the colours are also slightly different in the menus and such, a bit more attractive,

3) It seems to be running the apps faster, loading faster and refreshing the sources faster.

now i was curious so i restored my ipod to factory 1.1.1 and tried installing a few apps to see if that was why it was faster, but it was still a little slower .

i was just wondering if anyone else has noticed this

it is a computer, so installing more apps and running them all will slow down the ipod.

the sound and menus i think could be in your head though.
