Things on my old winterboard theme don't work on 3.2.1

My dock isn't there anymore the lock screen isn't there anymore and when I opened the music folder a picture would pop up (if a song was playing the picture was different than if one wasn't) and it isn't just my theme other themes I downloaded which did the same thing don't work either.
