The one I am upset about was the System Preferences pane. When you go in and use it, if you hit the red close button it goes away but stays active on the task bar. If you click on it, the preferences don't come up, nothing happens. *Edit: this only seems to happen when a change is made in System Preferences (namely Network for me)
Also my iTunes won't close properly.
Anyone else have any others, or more importantly solutions to my problem? 😀
