Even if humans end up bombing themselves back to the stone age some of the survivors will find ways to build musical instruments to make music.

After all, humans have been making flutes for at least 35,000 years. And humans continue to make hand-made flutes and other instruments of wood, metal, glass, and even plastic, even in the digital age to today.

The making of music is likely to continue as long as there are humans or functioning AI systems left somewhere in the universe. Even if things go horribly wrong, there's still a chance some intelligent life form will find the golden record we blasted into space sometime in the future, and make music by listening to it.

Ice cream will always be made, unless some terrible thing happens and no one wants to eat it anymore, which would be a sad day for the world.
