Holy crap! You're probably being scammed....That dude found the pics on flickr, that's awesome!
Although, I WILL ask, how did you find them?
Definitely a scam. While it is common to steal pictures to advertise, the fact that this "seller" emailed you the pictures are another story. He is implying that what is pictured is the actual unit which is obviously not true.
Now the question is, is the guy on flickr with those photos the same guy who's selling his mbp?
Also I noticed that in the past (well this is on eBay) a lot of legit sellers steal pictures off the net. I dont know why but I've seen it happen many times and I still got my items just fine. I guess they wanted a really good picture of the mbp. But I still dont encourage that.
Honestly, were you shocked to have found it so easily?I searched "MacBook Pro Unibody Unboxing" and it was on the first page.
Why would you ever need to "borrow" pictures?I've borrowed pictures myself, but I've been smart enough not to use expert-shot photographs like those above. Anyway, as has been said, with Western Union, you're getting scammed. Just get a refurbished MBP already.
One way you can tell it's fake: perfect photographs.
lmao, i do agree but that mad be seen as a tad racist/stereotypical
Not saying it offends me, but it might offend someone haha![]()
the minute I saw Western Union the phrase "deals off scammer" was imprinted into my brain.
