I just got a 15" rMBP 2.6/16/512. Everything is perfect, display, hinges, no issues at all. It's definitely a sweet machine but compared to my 2011 17" MBP the screen size feels small. I'm wondering if i should just get a maxed out iMac instead or maybe I'll get used to the smaller screen. I will be using this machine for Logic X so a bigger display would be nice. Funny, I never felt the need for an iMac with my 17" MBP, I also like the enhanced resolution of the 17 compare to the iMac. Maybe I'll get use to the 15"and the resolution is excellent. Anyone else use enjoying the rmbp 15" as their main computer?

grab a display from tiger direct best of both worlds....

You have another option. You can buy another display and you could have the best of both worlds... big display + portability when you need it.

I do know what you mean though. Im use to a 23" on my desktop and I came from a 17" pc laptop. It takes some getting use to, but it is a beautiful screen none the less.
