Anyone else do this - $200 off of a 16 GB / TB SSD Macbook Air 15 inch helps a lot, especially after trading in my M2. I also want to go to Starlight from Midnight…

I went from midnight to silver after owning it for a few weeks and happy I went that route myself. and its up to you obviously as to how much you're willing to lose on your current m2 vs this one. Depends how important the larger screen is to you

I had the 13 M1, then the 14 MBP, and the 15 MBA for about two months now. I keep trying to talk myself into a reason to go to the M3 14 but this 15 is more than enough. It is really hard to go to back to a smaller computer.

im debating whether or not to upgrade to the 24gb version from the 16gb mba 1tb 15inch that I just got on Tuesday.

It depends on what you need it for. I contemplated it when I purchased mine but when I run iStat I'm never at more than 30% pressure memory and the free memory is usually around 6Gb. Even in the few instances of video editing I rarely hit more than 50% pressure. It also depends on how long you plan on keeping it.

Honestly... the starlight 15 inch is outanding. It fits right in my bag. I will keep this baby for years.

The 13 inch is great, but glad to get beyond midnight

Completely agree on the Starlight version. I got my daughter the Midnight version and I was completely turned off about the fingerprint issues.

Congratulations. The 15 is for sure an outstanding device.
