thinking about upgrading my audio on my mac pro 1,1

I want to get the logitech z506 surround sound system but the mac pro only has 1 audio connector as posed to the multi connectors so iv been thinking about getting a 5,1 surround sound card what would be my best option for this so i could enjoy gaming under windows in 5.1 and movies/ music in 5.1 under os x

I don't have my 1,1 any more, but as I remember, it has optical output (Toslink). Perhaps you could use that.

toslink cable to a 5.1 receiver should do the trick
