Thinking of ordering 17' MBP but slight problem..

I am just about to order the MBP with matte screen but was wondering it I could flip my current unibody MBP 15 with applecare for for a hefty sum?

The reason I ask is because people are selling brand new unibodies and are way below retail.

Unless you get do an exchange with cash, you're most likely going to lose a chunk.
