Thinking of returning my iPad 2 16GB 3G

to bump up to the 32GB 3G. Is it easy to return at the Apple Store and is there a restocking fee?

It's super easy. Make sure it is within the days of return. It should be 14 days from the day you bought that 16gb iPad. You basically just pay the difference. About 100 something dollars. I actually did this myself a few weeks ago 🙂
