    No. It's not a gray area. Installing Mac OS X on a non-Apple machine is a violation of the EULA.

    Since you want a Hackintosh, and since that question is not as easily answered as the first one (if you look up the specs of the game and compare them with the specs of that T60, you get an answer, though it might take five minutes to do so depending on your computational knowledge), you might have better luck here:
    Have you tried the following Hackintosh specific fora and websites yet?

    downloading a Leopard OSx86 ISO not like apple would even know to press charges
