I'm about to order an iPad Camera Connection Kit. I have some PayPal funds to spend, so figured I'd look on eBay. I ran across a "2-in-1" knockoff device, obviously the same product sold by a million resellers. Nice idea; has a USB port and SD slot in the same device, so one less thing to carry. Price is about the same as the real one from Apple ($26). One random example:

I'm curious if anyone has tried one of these. I'm especially curious if it works with all USB functions, like a USB keyboard and audio. (Apple's kit does support these, even though not mentioned in specifications.)

My best guess is now that the real kit is easy to find, these should drop in price quickly.

Did you have any luck with this? I'm considering one. The camera connection kit from Apple is $36 + tax here in Canada. And if anyone knows, can I load up movies on the sd card to watch on my iPad?

I'm considering one too, as a 2 in 1 device would save weight and less things to keep track of losing.
