Third party keyboards stability iOS9

For those of you on the iOS 9 betas, are third party keyboards more stable? I currently use SwiftKey on 8.4 and from time to time it switches back to the standard Apple keyboard, takes a second to pop up, doesn't appear in an app or spotlight search until that app is restarted, etc.

I hear these issues are common with other third party keyboards too.

Is this fixed in iOS 9?
