showing up on my iPad Air. I bought lightning 30 pin adapter nine month ago. My relatives are having the same problem with their iPads says not chargining and this accessory may not be supported.

Have had the same problem. Reverse the connection and/ or clean the contacts on the Lightning connector.

Was it an Apple product? If so, take it to an Apple store for replacement.
