"This app is no longer shared with you" Error in Icloud family sharing

I just enabled family sharing but having following issue but getting following error on my son's iphone now.
"This app is no longer shared with you". I keep getting this error for all apps, whether free or paid on my son Iphone now. Cant add any app any more as almost all apps I have been using as organizer.
I am stucked in this situation. any advice please?
