In my view Apple and AT&T are completely stepping over the line with this ad:

Seriously, guys, while I can't wait until you release this stuff, if I walk into an Apple store or wherever TODAY and buy the iPhone 16 Pro, I don't get any part of Apple Intelligence, so this is just false advertising plain and simple at this point.

AT THE VERY LEAST, SHOW SOME INTEGRITY AND HAVE A DISCLAIMER saying "available soon" or similar.

They already have a disclaimer in the ad.

No worse than what Tesla has been doing with their false exaggerations of full self driving and even charging up to 12-13k at one point for it.

I love my Tesla but FSD is the biggest scam in the industry... I would never pay a single penny for it. Granted I got a free month of it a few weeks ago and it's really freaking good now, like scary good.... But I still wouldn't pay for it while it's in development.

This all definitely has a feel of “this isn’t ready yet but we’re going anyway.”
When the device is advertised as being built for something that isn’t yet available, you know the plan fell apart.
