Reading the thread would actually do more:Both very old Samsung Note 4 and Galaxy Alpha are showing the image. 6s+ didn't show it, wife's 7 is showing it lol.
Apple needs to do more.
I don´t see it on my iPad Pro 12,9", so far so good! But I see it on the photos posted here! How can this be?!![]()
Do more based on what? But you agree Apple needs to do more right..?

Do you think they'll release iPad Pro 2 12.9? Rumors are that Apple will kill both 12.9 and 9.7 and release a 10.5 iPad Pro instead..? Man, I was thinking Apple would announce the next gen ones on either of past 2 events but...
I suppose the language was unintentionally muddy in the first post. I know it's an iPhone forum, but you also mentioned a non-iPhone, so I just went with it...This is an iPhone forum dude.
For the last time... the iPhone 7 and 7 Plus are the only iPhones capable of displaying that image correctly.
I believe it's a sailboat.Guys, guys! If you look at the red square and cross your eyes just right, you can see a dragon in 3D.
Do more based on what?
I just don't believe the people saying they can see it on their older iPhones and iPads.
I can see the image just fine on my iPhone 7. Even checked it on my dad's. But it doesn't show up at all on my iPhone SE, iPad Air 2, iPad mini 4, or late 2013 retina MacBook Pro.
Now you've put the right image up, I can see it clearly on my iMac 27" but not at all on my 12.9" iPad Pro
I also can't see it on my Surface Book, rMB or iPhone SE
I can see it on my rMBHaha! Must be more of an eye thing, as I can see on my iP7 but not on 2011 iMac or 2016 rMB![]()
I can see it on my rMB
Just need to change the display profile to "Display P3" under Displays>Color
Showing the image shape is not necessarily the correct thing to do. The short answer is you probably should set it back to its original color profile or alternatively use a color calibration tool to get your display right. Thanks for that - it worked
I wonder why that wasn't set as the default profile on my rMB?
Interesting - just re-calibrated my iMac screen with my colormunki & it's now gone!!Can see it on my late 2012 iMac & iPhone7+
Looked into this image a bit further, and yes it only shows as a different color when viewed under the Display P3 profile. iPhone 7 and iPad Pro must be the only Apple mobile devices that have this, but on Macs it's possible to change the profile. P3 looks undersaturated on sRGB screens, but the differences in the image show up fine.
Digital Color Meter is even smart enough to show the entire square as solid red (255,0,0) when displaying the values in sRGB (not native values or P3) on my Retina iMac. And indeed, the Display P3 profile is embedded in the image.
Edit: The reason some older devices see it might have to do with the software, not the display itself. Not all browsers support embedded color profiles or display them correctly.

I see it! I see it!! ... checking...yup iPhone 7 Plus here.Check it out guys!
If you only see a red square, then you do not have an iPhone 7/7+ or iPad Pro.

This is due to the wide color gamut (DCI-P3) display of the iPhone 7 models and iPad Pro.
I've got a very expensive IPS monitor at work that can't even display this image correctly.
