I would agree upto the point you said "recall." Unless you can tell the future, this is just speculation. The amount of money it would cost Apple for a recall is crazy.

If they do it, I would applaud them, but I seriously doubt there will be one.

Yeah, I think Michael Moore can do a 2 hr documentary just from this, combating large, powerful corporations and protecting the rights of consumers/journalists.
