Hello! First time in the forums.

I use the normal Twitter app (2.1.1) together with growl (free) and it works very well.

Some weeks ago a friend used my macbook and I think he accessed his twitter. Since then, every once in a while when someone "mentions" him in twitter a notification pops up. I don't think its my Twitter app because since I use growl it shows with a little claw icon but the mentions show with the twitter icon and they don't remain in the notification center.

I've already checked safary isn't logged in to his account, I've even tried to delete everything I found that mentions twitter in the keychain access but they still show up.

Do you know what causes this and where can I make sure I don't get his mentions?

Thank you.

System preferences > Mail, Contacts and Calendars .

Select the twitter account and check to see if it's yours. If not delete it and add yours.
