This is weird iPhone 11 on iOS 14.4 is lagging badly at least when typing

This was seen by a number of us in the 14.4 betas especially with Messages.

That one I have not seen Personally I don't use that app.
Good info though.

Seen it in pretty much most of the stock apps and in some like Whatsapp, iWorks and Office.
