Agreed. There's a lot of redundancy on that page that doesn't make sense if you're just wanting to use a browser. The rest you can already do within Safari (e.g. backgrounds, shortcuts)

seems obvious. shortcuts that can be discreet links stead of icons that don't even all show up; time and temp, and a search box. more useful than 'Siri suggestions' or 'privacy policy.'
