Yep, and thats what im saying and when i upgrade, ill be able to do pretty much what the new ones do except ill still have a 2 megapixel camera. I can already MMS and record video. Been doing that for a long while now since im jailbroken. So really, ill be able to still do more.

The GPS is cool but the battery drains kinda fast using that.

I did not know that. bummer. I will dig the turn-by-turn in the car, with power, but am also hoping to use it while walking around in various cities. Hopefully my belkin battery pack works with it!


I like to keep a year's worth of photos, a playlist of a couple hundred songs that rotates daily, some podcasts, the heavy rotation playlist. I also like to move around a bunch of video files at will for different venues.

After the car iPod got stole at the mechanic's shop, I've had to juggle more than I like. (see sig )

It was the similar threads "feature" at the bottom of the page that displays mostly unrelated old threads so they can get bumped.

Yeah I started a thread in the site and forum feedback area about it in the hopes of at least getting old threads auto locked after a year or two, but so far none of the mods has shown much interest.

The same thing happened me the day before yesterday, a guy asking why he should convert to Mac, thread started six years ago. He never posted again. I guess he never converted. He is out there somewhere now screaming and Windows 10, otherwise happy and healthy I pray.
