To be fair, the advertisement is for Windows Vista magazine, which is a sister title of Mac Format magazine (they're published by the same people), so it's understandable why that advert's there.

What's so funny? Sure a few years ago that may have put a small smile on my face, but not considering the likes of bootcamp are only just around the corner, is it that strange to see another OS being advertised?
