Just looking at a couple lenses, and dont know which one to buy the...

    Canon-55-250mm f/4-5.6 Image Stabilizer
    or
    Canon 75-300mm f/4-5.6 Telephoto Zoom

also can I get sample photos from each lens if possible?

The 55-250 is a better lens in every way than the 75-300 (except for maximum focal length, obviously).

Have a read of the reviews at TheDigitalPicture (55-250, 75-300)

yes, i can vouch for the 55-250IS. It is not good in low light, but the optics EASILY are out of the price range. What i mean by that, is it should cost more than it does because it is optically better than the price point.

I just sold mine for $170, pristine shape. Look on craigslist or even fred miranda for a good deal. The norm is like $200.

It is a good lens. Currently I'm selling mine for a 70-200mm on POTN, but I've gotten some stellar shots with it. It is worth picking up used for $175-200.

I owned both and the 55-250 is the better lens by far. It focuses much faster and the images are much sharper. The extra reach does not make up for the difference in quality.

Beware - while you won't regret getting the 55-250, it may just be a stepping stone to something bigger and more expensive. :)
