I downloaded a program from internet. it's a program to run in final cut pro as a third party plugin. When I try to opened to install. A pop up window jumps and in the headline says "This program cannot be run in DOS mode" then below a series of codes in characters. How to open it? I'm not running windows. The third party plugin is not for window. It's for Apple. I'm using MacBook Pro with no parallel or boot camp. Nothing that looks like dos.

Couple possibilities: 1) the file is missing the file extension for some reason 2) If you have 10.6, you may need Rosetta?
