Ok nothing is ever perfect but if the iPhone were this bad it would be front page news. Nokia seem to get away with making poor software and hardware because people see them as "reliable". The Nokia reps say that you should restore the software every month. What??? I work is a shop that sells phones and doesn't sell the iPhone. A 3rd of the staff have an iPhone and every single one of them love it. You see the issues that the new Nokia N97 brings, and what we have to deal with, you would understand why they like the iPhone! Have a look at this: http://discussions.europe.nokia.com/discussions/board/message?board.id=smartphones&thread.id=143744 Everyone I work with say that the "N" in N Series stands for "Nevergonnawork". I admit I like the iPhone and am a huge fan. The guys I work with buy what they like. Nokia make some good products but the N Series handsets are utter rubbish. We have had most of the N97's back so far and this is an "iPhone killer"? Thank yourselves lucky!
