Personally, I'd hate that, just like I hate stacks on the mac dock. Among other things, I'd forget what's in the stack, and forget where on the stack the thing I want is, so i'd have to relocate the actual target and go find it every time. And since I use my right hand to hit the icons, curving to the left is unnatural.

I have my Applications folder in a Name/Folder/List stack. Works a treat for me.

I have mine in the dock as a "list" stack. But I'd never use "fan" view, which is what this thing is doing.

Agreed. Fan is rubbish.

grid view is worthless if you have more than a handful of icons in the stack, though it looks like snow leopard might actually make it tolerable.
