I have a hard time seeing them keep around the 5s. The finishing is too high end to sell at the price. I think they'll update the 5c with 5s internal and still call it the 5c.

This is not going to happen. Then what's the entry level iphone? The iPhone 4s still? They definitely won't put the 5s internals in any phone and sale it for free.

The lineup most likely looks like this

iPhone 6
iPhone 5s
iPhone 5c

The lineup is different for one year and people thinks that they will do it every year. The iPhone 5s is STILL the top selling phone in the world. Why would they discontinue that? The 5 at this time last year was no longer the top selling phone.

My point being the 5s is staying the 5s. They can't put the internals in the 5c case and call it the 5c ... Then there's no entry level phone

I already have a couple ideas how this is going to work:

iPhone 5c (16GB) Free on Contract, $450 off contract
iPhone 5s (16GB, 32GB) $100 and $150 on Contract, $550 and $600/$650 on contract
iPhone 6 4.7" (32GB, 64GB) $200 and $300 on Contract, $650 and $750 off contract
iPhone 6 5.5" (32GB, 64GB, 128GB) $300, $400, $500 on contract, $750, $850, $950 off contract

OR

iPhone 5c (16GB) Free on Contract, $450 off contract
iPhone 5s (16GB) $100 on Contract, $550 off contract
iPhone 6 4.7" (16GB, 32GB, 64GB) $200, $300, and $400 on Contract, $650, $750, and $850 off contract
iPhone 6 5.5" (32GB, 64GB, 128GB) $300, $400, $500 on contract, $750, $850, $950 off contract

Like seriously, some of these people have the iPhone 5/5S/5C so they were perfectly okay with buying the phone with a smaller display. Why all of the sudden, do they want a colossal (yes, it's big) iPhone?

I certainly was not OK with the 4" display, but since I wanted to try an iPhone for change, I had to choose between a tiny and a small screen.

And a 5.5" screen certainly isn't big. Again, for a phablet device it is really, really small.
