Just got done installing an SSD in my Mac Pro as a boot drive. What should I change the energy savings settings to? Is it recommended to put the hard disks to sleep when possible? Computer to sleep after how long? Never? FWIW, I still have a 1TB WD in Bay 2. What are you guys set up as in energy saver?

I keep all that stuff off. Only setting I have is to turn off my monitors after 10min. I only sleep my machine manually.
