How are you activating? Are you swapping SIMs, etc?

I didn't open the shrink wrap yet, but there are no clues in the shipping box at least.

Thanks,
Lewis

If this helps:

I had a 3G on my own line already. I got the 3G S from Apple.com, ordered for my wife's line, because mine was not upgrade eligible. I activated the 3G S with the SIM that was in it out of the box, then called AT&T to have the 3G S switched to my line and the wife's Razr put back on hers. I then had to put the SIM from the 3G S into the Razr, and the SIM from my 3G into the 3G S. Worked like a champ. Leaves the 3G without a working SIM, but the new owner can get herself one. They're free.
