Those who ordered from AT&T (on or after 6/29)- did your phone ship?

Ordered mine at almost the exact same time and day, and just noticed my backorder column went from 1 for each item to 0's also. Hope that means its shipping today!

Anyone know if FedEx is delivering on monday? or are they off for the 4th?

Mine shipped via FedEx Standard Overnight and shows delivery for the 6th....so I assume no deliveries on Monday. But I'll be damned if I won't be calling FedEx to see if I can't pick it up once it hits the FedEx plant here in town. :D
 
Last nIght my phone order went from back ordered to processing. When I woke up it said that it was shipped. It sucks it's a long weekend though I won't have it until Tuesday. It's a 16gb ip4.
 
My order from June 30th has officially been shipped. Tracking says it was picked up from Fort Worth, TX. Delivery for the 6th of July, just have to wait one extra day.

I am surprised that AT&T is shipping these things out so fast. I was originally on Apple's preorder list for July 14th. I just find it strange that a preorder placed on June 16th would get to me more than two weeks later than an order placed on June 30th. Not complaining though, I am ecstatic to finally have an iphone heading my way!

Mine was shipped out as well and is picked up in Fort Worth, TX. Mines heading down to Houston.

Well crap, wtf. If you ordered on the 30th I should be receiving mine since I ordered on the 29th in store. However mine still says back-ordered. That makes me mad if other units are going out before mine :p.

This whole thing doesn't make much sense, it really seems like they are just picking orders at random or something. I ordered a 16gb, if you ordered a 32gb maybe that has something to do with it? In any case, sorry you are still on backorder man.

Yeah, it really doesn't make sense. But I ordered a 16GB and AT&T has no clue what's going on with it when I talked to them yesterday. I mean I don't mind waiting, I just get frustrated when mine's on hold and I find other orders were put before mine. :)
 
I'm pretty sure that AT&T pins all the orders to a wall, blindfolds someone, and gives him a barrel of darts. Whatever he hits is what they process/ship.

yeah, there really is no ryhme or reason in the system, i remember 2 yrs ago when the 3g came out i did the direct fulfillment at my local at&t store and the gave me the order number. I checked it for a week and nothing changed on the site until after they called me and told me the shipment arrived at the store.
 
Yeah this system really does suck aside from you lucky ones. Enjoy your phones :)

Man i got my hopes up seeing all of these getting shipped fast. Still showing mine as backordered :/
 
sup all, finally registered to the site after a long time just reading through...

anyway, just ordered the iPhone 4 16gb from the premiere site about an hour ago. right now status says "backordered qty - 1". will update you guys how fast, or long (or forever lol) that status changes :)
 
Anyone with a PO Box have any luck changing the ship to address? AT&T Online says they can't and I can't even get that far on the apple ordering page. I am continuing my 'walk in and find' search - but thought I'd see if there were any online options for myself.
 
Went to check if the hold on my account had gone through only to find out that it had just completely disappeared. So I wondered if maybe there were complications or it got cancelled. I called up att and they told me my order was fine just might have happened because it is getting ready to ship. No idea if it is true or not but maybe it is happening to other people as well?

ordered on Premier on 6/30 and just shipped 7/2 and says Delivery on 7/6. SWEET!!!

I placed my order (16 gb) on the premier site on 6/30, my order is still processing. When I check the status on the main page I get an error (OS001). I am porting my number from Verizon, could this be why it's taking longer for my order to show up? I am hoping mine ships soon, not the quoted 7-10...but I am a little concerned since my order isn't showing up.
