I recently went out to the Disneyland Resort, and as I was traipsing through Downtown Disney I noticed that the giant electronic billboard over at the House of Blues had "crashed".

Not the best way to advertise for Windows, I suspect.

BTW, try TIMG tags next time, it cuts down on bandwidth & display size: [ timg ]http://homepage.mac.com/kkachurak/Crash2.JPG[ /timg ]

i thought there was a discussion regarding using timg a few months back.

what came out of that discussion anyone know?

I don't think it cuts down on bandwidth at all? You're still downloading the full size image?

Nope, timg loads the full image but just shows it downsized. You're still downloading the entire image. Just right click on a timg'd image and click "View Image" or "Properties" and you'll see its not a thumbnail, but rather the entire image squished.

Yep, forces it to 300 pixels across, no matter what size it was originally.

What do you mean running Macs by now. They are. That was Windows that had crashed because the Mac it was running on wouldn't handle the load. LOL

My favorite are the BSODs at the airport. I sure hope the traffic control systems aren't running the same OS!
