Thoughts on moving from a 2015 iMac to a 2018 MBP

I've got the near to maxed out 27" 2015 iMac i7/32Gb/512Gb SSD and seriously in need of mobility.

Has anyone got thoughts on which version of 2018 MBP 15" I would need to pick up to be equal or better in terms of performance? Heaviest work I'd be doing is FCPX and Logic Pro. Rest would be 20/30 tabs in chrome.
