iPad thrilled by Apple customer service

    so, i bought an ipad through work.

    just noticed the sale at staples. made a call to apple.

    since the ipad at staples is out of stock, they can't price match it. but they are sending me a free smart case...

    this is just beyond my expectation.

    i think i am going to try sticking with them and recommend to friends and family.

    i guess the premium we pay on their product doesn't come with better service.

    Apple Customer Service is the best; period!

    I called Friday with an issue on our iPad 3, and they scheduled a replacement under their Express Service Program, which will be delivered this Tuesday by FedEx.

    Doesn't get any better than that.
