My big question is, are you now easily able to type with both thumbs on the iPad Mini?

I can type with both thumbs with my iPad anyway.

If you want to test it, pick up a piece of A5 paper and just imagine it.

You can easily thumb type on any iPad (even in landscape mode you can split the keyboard and thumb type).

I don't know if "easily" is the right way to phrase it. I was never a fan of typing on the full size iPad and one of many reasons I was looking forward to the iPad mini. It wasn't difficult to type on with or without the split keyboard, just a little awkward for me and I have above average size hands.
