I'm recently switched from Mail to Thunderbird email programs. I synched my .mac account to Thunderbird and now all of my email is no longer on the .mac server, switch I want too. All the copies on the server and also on my laptop.

Is there any easy to put put the email back on there without going the route of emailing them all back to my email account?

Yes, the simplest way is to move your messages to local folders and then to be sure you are using your .Mac account as IMAP and not POP3. Once you have it setup as IMAP, move the email from your local folders to the corresponding folders on your .mac account.
