Is this Dock ok with a Mac Studio M4 Max or its there any problem?

Looks great but the price is much to high for this.
What is the price? I looked around but didn't find it.

2 Key specifications that tend to make a TB5 dock cost more are an SSD slot (which this has) and 10-Gbps ethernet port (which it does not; it uses 2.5 Gpbs).

I absolutely love the network on this OWC, and if it had an m.2 with a tiny quiet fan, I’d pay full price today to complement my m4 pro mini. I’m being a bit of a Goldilocks I guess. The OWC brand is reliable and reputable, which is as much a part of the price as the features.

it's a niche product for power users for sure. I don't get the 2.5gbe on the front of the unit!

Because if you have a high bandwidth work based network for collaborative working and centralised data, the last thing you want (data security!!!) is someone connecting to an internet browsing router from this network.
That's what the separate network connection is for.

True, makes sense for when people bring laptops in etc
