I get that you can use the Thunderbolt 3 to Thunderbolt 2 adapter. But will that drive power from the Macbook to the monitor? One of the selling points to me of the display was the convenience of only needing one power cable.
Unless you can do that, I'm just not understanding how I can continue only using one power outlet, while being able to make use of the ports on the back of the display.
