Thunderbolt Display and Wifi Problem

My 2015 rMBP has recently had some issues connected to my Thunderbolt Display. When I wake up my thunderbolt display the wifi is down, and will not allow me to turn it "on". When I disconnect my laptop, it still will not let me change the wifi settings. It immediately reverts to the "off" setting when I attempt to change it back.

Any ideas or fixes?
