Thunderbolt dock?

Hi, does anyone know if it exists a thunderbolt dock under 150$?
I would buy a thunderbolt dock but only for an hdmi/ethernet ports and few usb 3.0 only
which one? i ve been lurked on Google, it seems Elgato has been reviewed as one of the best TB dock?

There is a thread here somewhere that lists all available (complete list). You may find a TB1 dock without cable for that price. Many more at ~$200
